1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Emandi, we may store:

• Name, email, phone, firm name, address, city and state you send via contact or purchase forms.
• GSTIN and place of supply for tax invoices when you provide them at checkout.
• For Subscribe / Razorpay checkout: plan, term, amount, billing preference, subdomain choice, and Razorpay order / payment / subscription identifiers — not your card number or UPI PIN.
• Portal account data you enter in your firm’s Emandi subdomain (ledgers, sales, collections, etc.).
• Technical logs needed to run the site securely.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet). Card and UPI secrets stay with Razorpay. We store confirmation status and payment references to activate or renew your portal and to issue GST invoices.

4. How we use data

• To create and support your Emandi portal subscription.
• To confirm payments, send login details, and issue tax invoices.
• To improve product security and reliability.
• To respond to business support requests.

We do not sell your ledgers or contact lists.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed with Razorpay, hosting/email infrastructure, and authorities when required by Indian law. Each client’s portal data stays in that portal’s tenancy unless you ask us to export or migrate it.

6. Retention and requests

Billing and tax records are retained as required under Indian GST and accounting rules. For an export or deletion request (where legally allowed), write to support@emandi.work.
