Shipping Policy

emandi.work sells a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product operated by APTSOFT (AptSoft), Plot No. 337, Industrial Area, Phase 2, Chandigarh 160002. There are no physical goods to ship.

1. Digital delivery

After Razorpay confirms payment on the Purchase page, AptSoft activates (or renews) your Emandi cloud portal. Delivery is electronic only:

• Portal URL on a subdomain such as yourfirm.emandi.work
• Admin login details emailed to the address you entered at checkout
• Access to the web application over the internet — no courier, CD, or hardware

2. Delivery time

New portals are normally provisioned automatically soon after successful payment. If activation is delayed, write to support@emandi.work with your Razorpay payment id and registered email.

3. Shipping charges

There are no shipping or courier charges. You pay only the plan amount plus applicable GST shown at checkout.
