emandi.work is a private SaaS product of AptSoft. By using this website, purchasing a plan, or using an Emandi portal, you accept these terms.
These terms govern use of emandi.work and Emandi portals operated by APTSOFT (brand AptSoft). Office: Plot No. 337, Industrial Area, Phase 2, Chandigarh 160002, India. Support: support@emandi.work.
Emandi is cloud accounting / billing software for commission agents and related businesses (sales, arrivals, collections, ledgers, reports, and related modules). Marketing pages are informational. Plan features and seat limits are those shown on the Purchase page at the time of payment, unless a signed AptSoft agreement says otherwise.
You must give true contact and firm details when subscribing. You are responsible for admin and staff passwords and for activity under your portal. Report misuse to support@emandi.work. Subdomain / firm name chosen at activation is locked for normal operation after the portal is created.
Plan prices on Purchase are exclusive of GST @ 18% (or as applicable). GST is added at checkout. Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). A GST tax invoice is issued according to AptSoft’s billing process after payment confirms.
Payments confirmed by Razorpay are not refundable. Full rules: Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Where auto-debit (Razorpay Subscriptions) is offered and authorised, Razorpay may charge each selected term automatically. You may ask us to stop future auto-debits; amounts already paid for the current term are not refunded. Access continues until the paid end date for that term.
You may not misuse Emandi to host malware, attack other systems, share credentials unlawfully, or break Indian law. AptSoft may pause access for non-payment, abuse, or compliance risk.
AptSoft retains IP in the Emandi software and frameworks. Your business data in the portal remains yours. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or pirate the product without written permission.

Reports and balances produced from data you enter remain your responsibility for business and statutory decisions. To the extent permitted by law, AptSoft’s liability for a paid plan term is limited to the amount paid for that term (excluding GST collected as tax).
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at AptSoft’s registered office in Chandigarh have jurisdiction.
